Overview
In this lesson pupils will revisit their knowledge of human rights to consider situations in which people’s rights may appear in conflict with one another. Pupils will debate how they would resolve issues arising from conflicting rights in school and think about how they can be more rights respecting.
‘Conflicting rights’ is designed to be taught as a follow up lesson to the Go-Givers resources ‘Rights and Responsibilities’ and ‘What are Human Rights?’
